We’re looking for a dynamic, engaging tutor to deliver our Health and Social Care programme — helping adult learners build core skills, gain essential knowledge, and prepare for real employment in a sector that truly matters.

What you’ll do

  • Deliver high‑impact, supportive learning sessions that prepare learners for roles in Health & Social Care
  • Bring the curriculum to life with real examples, compassion, and energy
  • Motivate learners who are brand new to the sector, helping them develop confidence and practical readiness
  • Work as part of a mission-driven team committed to transforming lives through education

What we’re looking for

  • Teaching Qualification
  • Experience in the adult care sector, as well as recent CPD and back-to-the-floor activity
  • Warm, learner‑centred approach
  • Passion for care, employability, or adult education
  • Ability to inspire, encourage and adapt to diverse learner needs

Whilst we normally expect our tutors to hold a recognised teaching qualification, we also recognise that many individuals are qualified by experience. These tutors often bring a wealth of transferable skills and subject expertise that can add real value to our courses.
