Location: Northamptonshire & Peterborough (Routes across Leicester, Northampton, Nottingham, and Peterborough)

Status: Self-Employed (Subcontracted via DPD Group UK)

The Pay: Real Numbers, No Guesswork

We believe in a transparent pay structure. You are paid £1 per completed delivery or collection.

New Starters - 100-130 Stops Per Day - £2,000+ Monthly Earnings
Experienced Pro - 150-170+ Stops Per Day - £3,000-£3,500 Monthly Earnings

  • Payment Terms: Invoices paid monthly on the 15th.
  • Paid Training: 5 days of comprehensive training at £250 (paid with your first working invoice).

  • The Vehicle: Provided by us at no extra cost to you.
  • Fuel & Insurance: Fully covered by the business.

Note: The only deductions you are ever responsible for are in the event of vehicle damage or parcel loss. We value honesty and precision.

  • Precision Scanning: Following all digital processes to ensure 100% parcel visibility.
  • Route Planning: Optimising your daily manifest for maximum efficiency.
  • Safety First: Conducting daily vehicle inspections and adhering to all UK traffic laws.
  • Customer Excellence: Delivering with a professional attitude to maintain our elite reputation.

✅ What You Need to Bring

We are looking for reliable "pro-drivers" who understand that compliance is just as important as speed.

  • Clean Driving Record: A valid driver's license with experience in commercial driving.
  • Physical Fitness: Ability to handle multi-drop volumes and heavy lifting where required.
  • Tech Savvy: Comfortable using handheld scanners and following strict delivery protocols.
  • Reliability: We operate a 7-day rota; we need team players who show up and deliver.
