Full job description

Mini Miracles Montessori is a warm, independent, family-run set of nurseries in Brentford providing high-quality early education through a combination of the EYFS framework and Montessori principles.

We are looking for a reliable and committed Early Years Educator who genuinely enjoys working with young children and wants to be part of a supportive, professional team.

  • Available to work 36+ hours per week
  • Available Monday to Friday (year-round)
  • Able to reliably commute to Brentford
  • Happy to complete a short pre-screening questionnaire
  • Passionate about working with children aged 6 months–5 years

The Role

As an Early Years Educator you will:

  • Support children aged 6 months–5 years in a safe and nurturing environment
  • Encourage independence, curiosity, and confidence
  • Deliver activities aligned with EYFS and Montessori principles
  • Work closely with colleagues to maintain a high-quality learning environment
  • Build positive relationships with children, parents, and the wider team

Qualifications & Experience

  • Early Years qualification Level 2 and above preferred
