Performance Marketing Specialist (Healthcare & Pharmacy) – UK Based

Part-Time | Freelance | Remote (UK Only)

About Pharmulous

Pharmulous is a rapidly growing UK online doctor and pharmacy platform, providing safe and convenient access to prescription treatments across Weight Loss, Men's Health, Women's Health and Online Pharmacy services.

We are looking for an experienced Performance Marketing Specialist to help optimise and scale our paid acquisition channels while maintaining the highest standards of compliance within a regulated healthcare environment.

This is an opportunity to work directly with senior leadership and play a key role in supporting the next phase of Pharmulous' growth.

The Role

You will be responsible for reviewing, managing and optimising our paid acquisition activity across Google and Meta platforms, identifying opportunities for growth and helping improve overall marketing performance.

The successful candidate will have a strong background in healthcare, pharmacy, telehealth or another highly regulated industry and will be comfortable taking ownership of campaign performance and optimisation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and optimise Google Ads campaigns.
  • Manage and optimise Meta Ads campaigns.
  • Conduct keyword research and identify growth opportunities.
  • Improve campaign efficiency and return on advertising spend.
  • Monitor and optimise campaign structure, audience targeting and bidding strategies.
  • Analyse campaign performance and provide actionable recommendations.
  • Review landing page performance and identify conversion optimisation opportunities.
  • Produce clear reporting and performance insights.
  • Support the ongoing development of acquisition and growth strategies.
  • Ensure all advertising activity complies with relevant healthcare advertising regulations and platform policies.

Essential Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years' experience managing Google Ads campaigns.
  • Strong experience managing Meta Ads campaigns.
  • Previous experience within healthcare, pharmacy, telehealth or another regulated industry.
  • Strong understanding of PPC and performance marketing principles.
  • Experience using Google Analytics 4 (GA4).
  • Experience using Google Tag Manager (GTM).
  • Strong analytical and reporting skills.
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills.
  • Must be based in the United Kingdom.

Highly Desirable

  • Online pharmacy experience.
  • Weight loss treatment marketing experience.
  • Experience promoting healthcare consultation services.
  • Experience within telemedicine businesses.
  • Conversion Rate Optimisation (CRO) experience.
  • Experience scaling paid acquisition campaigns.

Hours & Contract

  • Freelance / Self-Employed
  • Part-Time
  • Approximately 8–12 hours per week
  • Fully Remote (UK Based Only)

Compensation

£35–£50 per hour, depending on experience.
