*** MUST HAVE WORKED AT A SENIOR LEVEL IN ADULT CARE***

Partnership Training specialises in delivering apprenticeships to those working in the health and social care industry. Our goal is to provide the Health and Social Care/Childcare sector with high quality training and education and be one of the leading training providers for care in the country.

This role is ideal for someone who has worked at senior level in Adult Care, such as a Deputy Manager, Registered Manager, Service Manager, Care Coordinator, Senior Care Lead or equivalent, and already holds an assessor qualification. You will manage, teach, support and assess learners working in adult care settings, helping them build confidence, develop professional practice and achieve their qualifications.

This is a hybrid role, with most delivery taking place remotely and face-to-face visits arranged when required.

Essential Criteria:

  • Recognised Assessor Award (D32/33, A1, CAVA or TAQA).
  • Must have occupational competency at Senior level or above within Adult Care
  • Full, clean, UK driving licence and access to own vehicle.
  • Must be flexible with travel
  • Minimum Level 4 or Level 5 Adult Care / Health and Social Care qualification.
  • Strong knowledge of Adult Care practice, CQC expectations, safeguarding, person-centred care, dignity, wellbeing and professional standards.
  • Strong organisation, communication and IT skills

Duties include:

  • Assess and support a caseload of learners working towards Apprenticeship Standards
  • Managing your diary efficiently to ensure timely assessments and reviews are conducted.
  • Support learners to achieve Functional Skills Maths and English to level 2.
  • Deliver a blended learning approach with the majority of delivery taking place remotely together with face to face visits only as required
  • Organise and maintain documentation on learners' progress.
  • Support, advise and motivate learners.
  • Overcome barriers to learning and adapt delivery to meet learner’s needs
