Full job description

A Warm Welcome from Dan, Company Director

My name is Dan, and I am one of the Company Directors and Co-Founders.

The organisation was created from my own lived experience of growing up in care. I know first-hand how important it is for young people to have safe, stable and nurturing homes, with adults around them who truly care, stay committed and do not give up when things become difficult.

We are not just looking for someone to fill a role. We are looking for someone who has the passion, drive and ambition to grow into an Ofsted Registered Home Manager, with the right support, training and development around them.

At the organisation, our standards are exceptionally high. We believe that strong leadership, attention to detail, emotional resilience and a genuine passion for young people are key to achieving positive outcomes.

This role is for someone who is already working at Deputy Home Manager level or equivalent and is ready to take that next step. If you are currently a Deputy Home Manager but feel you are essentially already doing large parts of the Home Manager role, why not be supported, trained, developed and paid to progress properly?

If you hold the relevant Level 3 qualification in Children’s Residential Care, have strong experience within children’s homes and want to progress further within a growing organisation, we would love to hear from you.
