  • Designing, developing and delivering engaging leadership and management development programmes for current and aspiring leaders across the business.
  • Facilitating a range of learning interventions through classroom, virtual and blended learning formats, adapting your approach to suit different audiences and learning styles.
  • Creating practical and interactive learning experiences using workshops, case studies, coaching techniques, simulations and group discussions.
  • Partnering with operational leaders, stakeholders and subject matter experts to identify capability gaps and develop targeted development solutions.
  • Providing one-to-one and group coaching to managers, helping them build confidence and effectiveness in their leadership approach.
  • Supporting the development of future leadership talent through succession planning and leadership development initiatives.
  • Creating and maintaining high-quality learning materials, resources and facilitator guides that support consistent and impactful delivery.
  • Monitoring and evaluating the effectiveness of learning programmes, using feedback and insights to drive continuous improvement.
  • Supporting managers to embed effective people management practices, including performance management, employee development and meaningful one-to-one conversations.
  • Keeping up to date with emerging leadership development trends and best practice to ensure programmes remain relevant, engaging and aligned to organisational needs.
  • Delivering face-to-face leadership and management training, coaching and development activities across ArvatoConnect locations, with regular travel to support operational teams and leaders.

What You'll Bring:

  • Strong demonstratable experience facilitating learning in both face-to-face and virtual environments, with the ability to adapt your style to suit different audiences.
  • Strong knowledge of leadership development, adult learning principles and effective training methodologies.
  • Experience coaching and supporting managers to develop their leadership capability and people management skills.
  • Excellent facilitation, presentation and communication skills, with the confidence to engage stakeholders at all levels.
  • Strong relationship-building and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work collaboratively across different teams and functions.
  • Experience creating engaging learning materials, resources and development programmes from concept through to delivery.
  • The ability to evaluate learning effectiveness and use feedback, insights and data to continuously improve programmes.
  • Strong organisational and planning skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and projects simultaneously.
  • A proactive and solution-focused approach, with a genuine passion for learning, development and continuous improvement.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications. Experience using Learning Management Systems (LMS) would be advantageous.
