Complex Care Healthcare Assistants & Support Workers

Brighton | Hove | Haywards Heath | Burgess Hill | Crawley | Horsham | East Grinstead

Pay: Competitive rates + enhanced nights/weekend rates
Shifts: Days, Nights, Weekends, Flexible Opportunities

We are currently expanding our Complex Care team and are looking for compassionate, reliable Healthcare Assistants across Brighton, Mid Sussex and East Grinstead.

We support children and young adults with complex healthcare needs in their own homes and are looking for individuals who can make a genuine difference to the lives of the people we support.

Ideal Candidates Will Have

  • Previous care experience (essential)
  • Excellent communication skills
  • A compassionate and person-centred approach

  • A full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle
