We are now looking for a Community Relations Manager to grow our presence in Bromley, nurture community relationships, and promote our services and brand locally. The Role
As our Community Relations Manager, you will:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with community groups, local businesses, charities, and referral partners (community engagement).
- Promote our services at events, open days, fairs, presentations and within local networks.
- Generating enquiries and new client conversions, tracking outcomes and optimising processes.
- Developing a referral partner network across the Bromley and Sevenoakes area
- Plan and implement local marketing and digital/ social media campaigns aligned with the brand.
- Support client social events, enhancing the customer experience.
- Build partnerships and community groups
- Collaborate with the leadership team to align business development with operational goals.
- Monitor KPIs, analyse performance, and adapt strategies for maximum impact.
About You
You are a proactive professional with:
- Proven success in business development or community engagement.
- A warm, confident and professional communication style
- Strong understanding of marketing principles, including digital and social media.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills.
- Experience motivating or leading others to achieve goals.
- Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and adapt to changing priorities.
- Competent IT skills (Microsoft Office /c CRM tools).
