Live-In Carer (Female) – Nationwide Opportunities
Full-Time | From £812.00 per week

The Role:
Key Responsibilities:
- Assisting with personal care, including washing, dressing, grooming, and toileting
- Supporting with mobility and safe moving and handling where required
- Preparing meals and assisting with nutrition and hydration
- Administering or prompting medication in line with care plans and policies
- Providing companionship and emotional support
- Assisting with daily household tasks such as cleaning, laundry, and shopping
- Supporting clients to attend appointments and engage in social activities where appropriate
- Monitoring and reporting any changes in the client’s health or wellbeing
- Maintaining accurate care records and communicating effectively with families and healthcare professionals
- Promoting independence, choice, dignity, and respect at all times
You will be living with the client and becoming a trusted and valued part of their daily life.
Essential Requirements:
- Must have the full rights to work in the UK - no sponsorship or limited to 20 hours
- Minimum 3 years’ live in care experience (required)
- DBS on the Update Service (required, or willing to obtain one)
- Calm, empathetic, patient, and warm nature
- Genuine passion for supporting others
- Strong communication and written record-keeping skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Desirable:
- Full UK Driving Licence and access to own car
- Care certificate
- Experience with care plans, behavior management, and case management processes
