Job Overview
We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Care Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide high-quality care and support to individuals in need, ensuring their comfort, dignity, and well-being. This role is essential in promoting independence and enhancing the quality of life for our clients. As a Care Assistant, you will work closely with clients to assist them with daily living activities and provide emotional support.

Responsibilities
- Assist clients with personal care tasks such as bathing, dressing, and grooming.
- Help clients with mobility and physical activities, ensuring their safety at all times.
- Support clients in meal preparation and feeding as required.
- Monitor and document clients' health and well-being, reporting any changes to the appropriate personnel.
- Engage clients in social activities to promote mental stimulation and emotional well-being.
- Maintain a clean and safe environment for clients by adhering to health and safety standards.
- Build trusting relationships with clients, providing companionship and emotional support.
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care for each client.

Qualifications
- Previous experience in a care or support role is preferred but not essential; training will be provided.
- A genuine passion for helping others and a commitment to delivering high-quality care.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to interact effectively with clients, families, and team members.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Good organisational skills with attention to detail in maintaining records and documentation.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends as required.
- A valid driving licence would be advantageous but is not mandatory.
