Job Title: Health & Social Care Tutor (F2F delivery Level 2 – Level 5)

Location: On the road / West London
Contract: Full-time / Flexible working hours
Salary: £30k - £36k

The Role

We’re looking for a Health & Social Care Tutor to join our Regional Delivery Teams across London and Kent.

In this role, you will:

· Deliver engaging and effective training, assessment, and support to Health & Social Care learners, guiding them toward successful completion of their qualifications.

· Support the development, implementation, and evaluation of approved Health & Social Care training materials, ensuring consistency, promoting best practices, and utilising a range of delivery methods to maximise learner success.

· Monitor learner progress proactively, conducting regular progress and support reviews to ensure timely completion of qualifications and uphold the highest standards of achievement.

What We’re Looking For

To succeed in this role, you’ll need:

  • A1 Assessor Award (TAQA, CAVA, A1, D32/33 etc.)
  • Teaching qualification (desirable)
  • Functional Skills qualifications at Level 2
  • L3 or L5 H&SC qualification
  • A minimum 5 years’ occupational experience within a Health & Social Care setting, ideally within a senior/management role
  • Experience of working remotely
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to work autonomously and manage own diary
  • Full UK Driving License and use of own vehicle
