We’re looking for a Patient Access Manager to join our team. This is your opportunity to become a vital part of the UK’s largest private healthcare provider by joining our Patient Access department. As a Patient Access Manager, your role is to lead the management and progressive development of high quality and customer responsive services, to maximise revenue capture and contribute to achieving the Hospital’s Business Plan.

What you’ll do:

  • Facilitate the patient access experience by always providing a world class service to our patients through a seamless patient journey and a high level of customer care
  • Overall management & responsibility for Facility Revenue Cycle ensuring maximum revenue capture
  • Recruit, appraise and develop the Patient Access Leaders within each team
  • Develop and implement working alongside the Facility Senior Management Team (SMT).
  • Ensure compliance with statutory and regulatory procedures in accordance with registering authorities, policies and guidelines, including internal and external financial audit requirements
  • Continually maintain knowledge and adherence of all Hospital procedures and policies which are related to Patient Access and effectively communicate changes to the teams.
  • Build, maintain and develop effective and appropriate working relationships with all service users
  • Monitor, control and manage expenditure and to participate in the preparation of the department annual budget
