LEAD Physiotherapist - Part-Time leading to full time CORE Physio (East Dulwich, SE22) - 5yrs + experience

and Physiotherapists who have less than 5 years experience but are qualified in Sports Massage / Soft Tissue Level 4-5

Are you an enthusiastic and skilled physiotherapist looking for a rewarding role within a friendly, community-focused clinic?

CORE, a well-established and growing Physical Therapy Clinic in East Dulwich, is seeking a part-time physiotherapist to join our welcoming and collaborative team and help establish the Physio Clinic within CORE.

About the Role:

We’re looking for a committed experienced clinician who can initially work part time / consulting then offer at least two shifts per week (6hrs-8hrs), with the option of up to three 6-8 hour shifts (specific days and times to be confirmed). The role will lead to a full time appointment, if wanted, the role can also remain part time, this is your choice.

What We’re Looking For:

5+ years of post-graduate experience and a proven ability to deliver outstanding patient outcomes - LEAD Physio.

A genuine passion for physiotherapy and an interest in working within a collaborative, cross-disciplinary team.

Experience with sports massage, dry needling, or shockwave therapy is advantageous.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Physiotherapy (required)

HCPC registration (required)

CSP (required)

Must have the right to work in the UK – we are unable to offer visa sponsorship.

Must be able to commute to or relocate to London SE22 9EE before starting.

Compensation: £40.00–£65.00 per hour (consultancy basis self-employed) - varies depending on experience and specialist skills.

Responsibilities

  • Provide consultancy services to help set up the Physio business
  • Carry out Physio appointments
  • Conduct comprehensive assessments of patients’ physical conditions, including mobility, strength, and pain levels
  • Develop customised treatment plans based on individual needs and medical history
  • Implement therapeutic exercises and manual therapy techniques to promote recovery and improve function
  • Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment programmes accordingly
  • Educate patients and their families on injury prevention, posture correction, and home exercise routines
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure holistic patient care
  • Maintain accurate documentation of treatments administered and patient progress notes in accordance with healthcare regulations
  • Stay updated with the latest physiotherapy practices and attend professional development sessions

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Physiotherapy from an accredited institution
  • Sport Massage Level 3 or above helpful but not essential
  • Registration with the Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC) or relevant governing body in the UK
  • Prior hospital experience is highly desirable but not essential
  • Experience working with paediatric patients is advantageous
  • Strong knowledge of physiology, anatomy, and medical terminology relevant to physiotherapy practice
  • Proven ability in patient care with excellent interpersonal skills
  • Familiarity with current physiotherapy techniques and evidence-based practices
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and within a multidisciplinary team
