About the Trust
Surrey and Sussex Healthcare NHS Trust is one of the region's busiest providers of healthcare.
We run East Surrey Hospital in Redhill, where we have more than 700 beds and provide acute and complex services. In addition, we provide a range of outpatient, diagnostic and less complex planned services at The Earlswood Centre, Caterham Dene Hospital, Crawley Hospital and Horsham Hospital.

What you can add:
- Assessing the needs of women, partners, families, and carers
- Plan, deliver and evaluate standards of evidence-based midwifery care
- Providing full antenatal & Postnatal care, including parenting classes, clinical examinations, screening, Support & education, health monitoring and developmental check-ups.
- Identifying high-risk pregnancies
The role will involve, but not be limited to you performing the above
What youll need:
- A minimum of 12 months paid experience as a Midwife within the last 2 years
- Comply with NMC Professional Registration and keep up to date with current nursing practices
- Evidence of CTG, NLS and Maternal Resus certificates
*Depending on the Trust, you may require variable additional certification and skills
