  • Candidate Sourcing: Identify and engage with early years professionals, including nursery nurses, room leaders, and managers, through various channels including job boards, social media, and direct networking.
  • Screening: Vetting candidates to ensure they meet the specific requirements of each role.
  • Business Development: Identify new business opportunities and actively seek new clients to expand the Nursing & Healthcare recruitment portfolio.
  • Administration: Handle the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, CV reviews, and candidate placements.

Experience:

  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
