This is an exciting opportunity for someone to play a pivotal role in matching talented Nursing & Healthcare professionals with top-notch positions across the UK.Key Responsibilities:
- Client Management: Establish and maintain strong relationships with nurseries and early years settings, understanding their staffing needs and requirements.
- Candidate Sourcing: Identify and engage with early years professionals, including nursery nurses, room leaders, and managers, through various channels including job boards, social media, and direct networking.
- Screening: Vetting candidates to ensure they meet the specific requirements of each role.
- Business Development: Identify new business opportunities and actively seek new clients to expand the Nursing & Healthcare recruitment portfolio.
- Administration: Handle the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, CV reviews, and candidate placements.
Experience:
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and candidates.
