DRIVER Live-In Carer (Female) – Nationwide Opportunities

The Role
As a Live-In Care Assistant, you will be:
- Supporting individuals in the comfort of their own homes
- Promoting independence and quality of life
- Providing high-quality personal care
- Supporting daily routines and personalised care plans
- Assisting with medication
- Offering companionship and emotional support
- Helping with light household tasks
- Preparing nutritious meals based on dietary needs and preferences
- Working alongside healthcare professionals and case managers
You will be living with the client and becoming a trusted and valued part of their daily life.
Essential Requirements
- Minimum 2 years’ care experience (required)
- At least 1 year of live-in care experience (required)
- DBS on the Update Service (required, or willing to obtain one)
- Calm, empathetic, patient, and warm nature
- Genuine passion for supporting others
- Strong communication and written record-keeping skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Desirable
- Full UK Driving Licence and access to own car
- Care certificates / relevant training
- First Aid certification (highly advantageous)
- Experience with care plans, behavior management, and case management processes
