Overview

ONLY CQC EXPERIENCED NEED APPLY

We are looking for an experienced CQC Registered Manager to take overall regulatory and compliance responsibility in Upminster Essex

The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring consistent CQC, clinical governance, quality and safety standards across all locations and will work closely with the Director and clinic management teams.

This is a fast-paced, senior, requiring an experienced CQC Registered Manager with a proven background managing regulated clinical environments.

Key Responsibilities

  • Overseeing CQC Compliance — Implementing and maintaining processes and protocols to ensure compliance with CQC regulations across all clinical and non-clinical areas.
  • Quality Improvement — Continuously monitoring and evaluating the quality of clinical and non-clinical services, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing effective strategies to enhance client care and experience.
  • Audits and Inspections — Preparing clinics for CQC audits and inspections and actively participating in the inspection process to ensure all documentation and procedures meet CQC requirements.
  • Staff Training and Support — Guiding clinic staff on CQC standards, policies, and procedures, and conducting regular training sessions.
  • Incident Reporting and Investigation — Ensuring all notable incidents are recorded and analysed, with appropriate action taken to prevent reoccurrence.

Candidate Requirements

  • CQC Experience — Minimum 3 years in a similar role, preferably within healthcare or aesthetic clinics, with a proven track record as a Registered CQC Manager.
  • Healthcare Background — Strong background in healthcare management, with a deep understanding of clinical processes, client safety, and quality improvement methodologies.
  • Knowledge of Aesthetic Clinics — General understanding of the aesthetic industry, including treatments, safety guidelines, and sector-specific regulatory requirements.
  • Leadership Skills — Excellent leadership and management ability, with the capacity to inspire and guide clinic staff towards high standards of care and compliance.
  • Strong Communication — Exceptional verbal and written communication, enabling effective collaboration with multidisciplinary teams, clients, and external stakeholders.
  • Attention to Detail — Meticulous approach to reviewing and analysing documentation for accuracy and compliance.
  • CQC Certification — Valid CQC certification, or willingness to obtain one within a specified period.
  • Ability to report to senior management and follow through on agreed strategies
  • Reliable and punctual track record
  • Able to take ownership and manage responsibilities using own initiative
  • Experience evaluating and improving employee performance
  • Enthusiastic, flexible approach
  • Friendly and professional presentation

Aesthetics experience

Location: Upminster Essex , In-person, Clinic Based

Salary: £45,000 – £50,000 per annum (dependant on experience)

Job Type: Full-time, Permanent

Hours: 45 hours per week worked over 6 days 2 evenings per week plus 2 saturdays

Pay: £45,000.00-£50,000.00 per year
