The Role:

A Marketing Manager is required to lead strategy and execution for a specialist portfolio of surgical and minimally invasive technologies, with a strong focus on endoscopic stapling solutions. This full-time permanent role combines strategic planning with hands-on delivery to drive adoption, market share and commercial growth. You will have full autonomy to shape the marketing going forward, with support from the team and senior management.

Working closely with sales, clinical and leadership teams, you will deliver product launches, market development activity, competitive analysis, sales enablement and clinical engagement programmes. A key part of the role will involve building strong relationships with surgeons, theatre teams and key opinion leaders to support product adoption and long-term growth.

The organisation has significantly expanded its team in recent years and continues to pursue aggressive growth plans, offering clear potential to build and shape the marketing function further as the business scales.

Location:

Leatherhead-based with field travel required. Candidates should be based within a commutable distance of the South East.

Requirements:

  • Degree in Marketing, Business, Life Sciences, Biomedical Engineering or similar
  • Strong medical device marketing experience
  • Essential experience in minimally invasive surgery / Endoscopy portfolios knowledge
  • Proven success in product launches and market development
  • Experience engaging surgeons, theatre teams and KOLs
  • Strong commercial acumen and data-driven decision making
  • Ability to operate strategically and hands-on in a fast-paced environment

The Package:

  • £70,000
