Founded in 2024 in Glasgow, we are now seeking to rapidly grow the company and increase our offering to our clientele. Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Hair Loss Nurse Practitioner to join our specialised clinic. The successful candidate will play a vital role in providing expert patient care, conducting assessments, and delivering tailored treatment plans for individuals experiencing hair loss. This position offers an opportunity to work within a dynamic team committed to improving patients’ confidence and quality of life through advanced hair restoration therapies. The role is paid and suitable for qualified nurse practitioners seeking to specialise in dermatology and aesthetic medicine.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct comprehensive consultations with patients to assess hair loss conditions and medical histories.
  • Develop personalised treatment plans based on patient needs, including medication administration and non-invasive procedures.
  • Administer prescribed medications safely and effectively, ensuring adherence to clinical protocols.
  • Monitor patient progress throughout treatment courses, adjusting plans as necessary to optimise outcomes.
  • Educate patients on hair loss causes, treatment options, and aftercare procedures to promote informed decision-making.
  • Maintain accurate and detailed patient records in compliance with healthcare regulations.
  • Stay updated with the latest advancements in hair restoration treatments and relevant medical research.

Requirements

  • Registered Nurse Practitioner qualification with valid registration within the UK.
  • Proven experience in patient care, preferably within aesthetic medicine settings.
  • Strong knowledge of human anatomy related to scalp and hair follicles. Training is also provided.
  • Competence in medication administration, including injections and topical treatments.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to provide empathetic patient support and education.
  • Organised with attention to detail in record keeping and treatment planning.
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a multidisciplinary team.
