Location: Beckenham, Kent
Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00am – 5:00pm (1-hour lunch break)

We are looking for an ambitious and experienced Recruitment Consultant to join our growing team based in Beckenham. This is an excellent opportunity for a driven Recruitment Consultant who is looking to develop their career within a supportive and successful recruitment environment.

We are particularly interested in speaking with candidates who have at least 1 year's recruitment experience, ideally within the nursing, healthcare, transport, logistics, or driving sectors, although applicants from other recruitment backgrounds will also be considered.

This position offers a genuine career path, beginning with a strong focus on candidate resourcing and recruitment delivery before progressing into a more sales-focused Recruitment Consultant role involving business development and account management of key clients.

The Role

As a Recruitment Consultant, you will play a vital role in sourcing, attracting, and placing high-quality candidates whilst building strong relationships with clients and candidates alike.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Sourcing and screening candidates for a variety of vacancies.
  • Conducting candidate interviews and registrations.
  • Managing job adverts across multiple platforms.
  • Building and maintaining talent pipelines.
  • Making a high volume of outbound calls to candidates and clients.
  • Developing strong relationships with existing clients.
  • Supporting account management activities.
  • Progressing into business development and sales activities.
  • Working towards individual and team targets.
  • Maintaining accurate records within our CRM system.

Desirable

  • Recruitment experience within the nursing, healthcare, transport, logistics, or driving sectors.
  • Experience managing client accounts.
  • Previous business development exposure.
