Job Title: Recruitment Consultant
Salary: £28,000 - £35,000 + uncapped commission
A hybrid model of working from the office and home

Source Supply Ltd is a dynamic, award-winning education recruitment agency supporting schools across the Middlesbrough area. Due to continued and unprecedented growth, we are looking to expand our team and are currently seeking a Recruitment Consultant to join us at our Teesside office.

This is a sales-focused role, ideally suited to a driven individual with a passion for building relationships and developing business within the education recruitment sector.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through regular visits and communication.
  • Proactively reach out to new potential clients, arranging meetings and showcasing our services.
  • Keep clients informed about candidate availability and new Education professionals joining the agency.
  • Provide outstanding customer service to both clients and candidates.
  • Successfully manage and fill short, medium, and long-term staffing bookings.
  • Utilise our bespoke CRM, website, LinkedIn, Facebook, and job boards to post vacancies and attract high-quality candidates.
  • Source, screen, and interview candidates for a range of educational roles.

What we’re looking for

We're looking for a motivated and personable professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment. You’ll be confident building relationships and managing multiple priorities. Ideally, you’ll bring experience in recruitment, sales, or education—but we’re open to candidates from all backgrounds who have the right attitude and drive.

Desirable qualities:

  • Background in Education recruitment (preferred, not essential), Other recruitment sector experience or sales background.
  • Target-driven with a proactive approach
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Able to work independently as well as part of a team
  • Strong organisational and multitasking abilities
  • Solution-focused with a ‘can-do’ attitude
  • Able to meet deadlines and work under pressure
  • Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle (preferred)
