Morning and Evening care Assistants

Work in care but fed up of too many unpaid gaps between short visits? Perhaps you feel your working hours are too irregular? Or maybe you don’t have experience in care but are looking for a new adventure? Whatever your reasons, we’ll have something to suit you.

Compass Homecare is recruiting now for our clients in Brighton and Hove with our responsive, one-to-one care service that does things differently. We're based and operational in Brighton and the surrounding areas.

The service user is at the heart of what we do, but we recognise that we’re only as good as the carers we employ. We provide a friendly atmosphere and a supportive company culture - that’s why we offer training, progression, career development, reward schemes and real job satisfaction (not to mention a one-hour minimum visit length, the highest pay rates in the area and our travelling teddy bear!)

As a member of our team, you’ll be responsible for a wide range of tasks that can vary by the day, so an amount of flexibility is required. We support our service users with:

  • Personal care
  • Appointments
  • Medication
  • Getting out and about
  • Engaging with the community
  • Domestic assistance

… And all sorts of other things!

Obviously you’ll need to have a caring personality and strong work ethic, and being a driver with use of a vehicle helps, but we can offer flexibility and a work-pattern that suits you.
