We’re looking for friendly, confident, and committed individuals to represent us on the ground - engaging residents in town centres, community events, and local venues with vital health information and free access to life-changing services.

This is a great opportunity for someone with time to give back to their community - with real pathways to develop into service delivery and system-change roles.

This role is based in Jersey

What You’ll Do

  • Provide one-to-one and group-based support using motivational interviewing and behaviour change techniques
  • The passion to empower and educate people with your writing and support
  • Engage with members of the public in busy outdoor locations
  • You will blend expert health coaching with digital engagement strategies to guide users on a personalised journey to better health
  • Distribute materials promoting local weight management support and healthy living tips
  • Record basic information and signpost people to our services
  • Be a local ambassador for public health

Who You Are

  • Passionate about health, wellbeing and making a difference
  • Confident, chatty, and approachable
  • Comfortable working outdoors in all weathers
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently
