Brighter Pathways have a new home, which is a beautiful 4 bed children’s residential home opening in Bidford on Avon

We are currently looking for enthusiastic and creative individuals who are dedicated to strive for the best outcomes for our young people.

You will have the opportunity to work in very beautiful, modern home, supporting young people with emotional and behavioural difficulties.

Your role

You will be responsible for creating and maintaining a safe and nurturing environment where our young people can flourish. Some of the tasks you will be expected to do include key working sessions, facilitating and supervising family contact, organising and participating in various activities and events, keeping records, attending meetings and various household tasks such as cooking and cleaning.
