Welcome to Bright Futures Residential Childcare LTD

A Warm Welcome from Dan, Our Director and Owner

As someone who grew up in care, I understand how powerful a consistent, caring adult can be in a young person’s life.

That is why I built Bright Futures not as a corporate care provider, but as a place that feels like home. A place where young people are nurtured, respected, protected and believed in.

Our Support Workers are at the heart of what we do. This role is not for everyone. We are looking for robust, resilient and committed people who can support young people who may display challenging behaviours, while remaining calm, consistent, professional and compassionate.

At Bright Futures, you are not just another employee. You are part of the family. You will be supported by a strong Home Manager, Deputy Home Manager and senior leadership team who understand the role, value the work and will support you every step of the way.

All of our Ofsted registered homes are rated GOOD.

If you are robust strong and resilient apply now and I can't wait to see you around!
