Team Leader – Ely (Cambridgeshire)

We’re growing and looking for a compassionate, organised, and proactive Team Leader to support our amazing Angels and deliver outstanding care to our clients.

Our Angels are at the heart of everything we do, and we support and train them to be the best carers in Cambridgeshire. With minimum 1 hour calls we are already delivering Award Winning Care, and are listed in the Top 20 for the East of England! Also Rated GOOD by CQC!

What you’ll do

  • Lead and support your team of Angels to deliver safe, person‑centered care.
  • Create, update, and quality‑check care plans tailored to individual needs.
  • Conduct client and Angel care reviews, ensuring high standards and continuous improvement.
  • Visit clients in their homes across Ely and surrounding areas to assess needs and provide hands‑on support when required.
  • Collaborate at our Swavesey office for team meetings, training, supervision, and coordination.
  • Help us grow our client base for Ely and surrounding areas.

Skills/Qualifications:

  • 3-5 years Previous Care experience at a senior level
  • NVQ Level 3 or higher in Social Care preferred
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Full UK driving license
  • Right to Work within the UK
