Job Summary

Salary: £30,000–£40,000 per year, negotiable depending on experience and qualifications, plus performance-related bonus.

Due to continued growth, we are looking for an experienced, reliable and motivated Plumbing & Heating Engineer to join our team. Duties

You will carry out a varied range of domestic plumbing, heating and bathroom work, including:

• Boiler installations, servicing and repairs
• Central heating installations, upgrades and repairs
• Heating system fault finding and diagnostics
• General domestic plumbing
• Radiator replacements and upgrades
• Power flushing
• Unvented hot water cylinder installation,servicing and repairs
• Bathroom installations and refurbishments
• Bath, shower, toilet and basin installations
• First-fix and second-fix plumbing
• Pipework alterations and plumbing upgrades
• General plumbing maintenance and reactive repairs

The role will involve working professionally in customers’ homes, completing work to a high standard and delivering excellent customer service.

About You

• Has relevant Gas Safe qualifications and tickets
• Has strong fault-finding and diagnostic skills
• Is confident working independently and managing their workload
• Takes pride in producing high-quality work
• Is reliable, punctual and hardworking
• Has excellent communication and customer service skills
• Is professional and respectful when working in customers’ homes
• Holds a full UK driving licence

Desirable Skills & Experience-

The following experience would be an advantage but is not essential:

• Bathroom fitting and refurbishment experience
• Installing baths, showers, toilets and other sanitaryware
• Tiling and bathroom finishing work
• Air source heat pump installation, servicing and maintenance
• Renewable heating systems and energy-efficient heating solutions
• Hybrid heating systems and low-temperature heating systems
