Full job description

Overview
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced HVAC Engineer to carryout PPM works across Kent and SE London.

Duties

  • Carry out planned preventative maintenance (PPM) on HVAC systems, including air conditioning, heating, ventilation, and refrigeration units
  • Service equipment such as AHUs, VRV/VRF systems, split systems, chillers, boilers, heat pumps, and fan coil units
  • Ensure all work complies with health & safety regulations, F-Gas regulations, gas safe and industry standards
  • Diagnose faults and identify parts required
  • Installation of small AC systems in a commercial environment
  • Complete service reports, risk assessments, and maintenance records accurately using digital or paper systems
  • Manage van stock, tools, and spare parts efficiently
  • Communicate professionally with clients, site managers, and the helpdesk
  • Identify and report potential issues or opportunities for system improvements or energy efficiency
  • Work independently while coordinating with other engineers and subcontractors when required
  • Maintain a high standard of workmanship and customer service at all times

Experience

  • Strong Experience in AC/Refrigeration
  • Understanding of BMS systems (Specific Training will be provided)
  • Understanding of refrigeration recovery systems
  • At least 5 years experience working in the UK HVAC industry
