Commercial Heating Engineer (No Callout)

Norton are a multi disciplined technical service provider who provide a number of differing technical services to end clients and FM providers. Norton are looking to add to the team an additional experienced commercial heating engineer working within the servicing and maintenance team covering the Southeast of England working in Universities, Hospitals, Energy Centers, Offices and Airports.

The Role:

· As a mobile engineer you will be expected to attend at pre-arranged customer appointments to service, maintain and fault find heating, hot water and associated plant

· Carry out repair and remedial works to commercial heating plant as diagnosed from reactive and planned maintenance events

· Providing commissioning resource to the specialist works projects team

Engaging with manufacturers for support and attending manufacturer training courses who we support or provide manufacturer commissioning to

What we require:

· Someone who can work alone using their own initiative but also as part of a team working with other Norton staff from different divisions as long as with other heating engineers

· Full driving licence

· Appropriate qualifications within the minimum being COCN1 or CODN01, CIGA1, CORT1, TPCP1 and TPCP1A

· Experience of working with Oil, LPG and catering is desirable but not necessary

· Valid Commercial gas qualifications

· 3+ year’s experience in the trade

· Experience of working in a blue-chip client environment

· Timely completion of compliance documentation via our company portal for works completed on client sites

Pay: £42,000.00-£50,000.00 per year
