Commercial Gas Engineer – Up to £55k + OT & Great Benefits – London & South East

Quotehedge Limited, based in SW18 are recruiting for a Gas Engineer in a mobile capacity with both Commercial & Domestic Gas Tickets/Experience. You will be based around the London area and cover their mixed commercial portfolio based across London & Home Counties. This is a permanent full-time role working 40 hours per week. Main Responsibilities/Duties Include:

• The role is to assist the contract manager in achieving compliance with regards to Combustion servicing and remedial works across London & South East
• Working mainly in large residential blocks, commercial offices and schools providing commercial gas boiler maintenance, repairs and minor installation works on both aged traditional plant to modern energy centres as a mobile engineer.
• The vast majority of works will be within plant rooms with all associated equipment, hence a working knowledge of heating distribution and ventilation systems is essential.
• Routine mechanical maintenance of associated plant items such as pumps, heat exchangers, pressure vessels and valves will also form part of the role.
• This will include the servicing of Combustion Appliances and associated plant together with the production information for quotations for extra works, to be submitted to Combustion supervisor.
• Produce conditional and dilapidation reports, as requested.
• Ensure standard of work is of a high level and complaint to relevant combustion regulations and company policies.
• Responsibilities will also include being a member of the On-call Rota

• Commercial Gas Qualifications - CPA1. BMP1. TPCP1. TPCP1A. CCN1. CPA1. CENWAT. CKR1. HTR1. DAH1.CODNCO1. ICPN1. CDGA1. CORT1. CIGA1
• Possess a high degree of attention to detail
• Proactive and enthusiastic Team Player

• Experience of working within a mobile workforce
• Experience dealing with customers and suppliers
