Heating Engineer

At Grange Energy Services Ltd, we’re expanding and we’re looking for an experienced Gas Safe Heating Engineer who’s ready to take their skills to the next level.

Experienced renewable heating engineers, and heating engineers curious about renewables who want hands-on training in emerging technologies such as air source heat pumps, ground source heat pumps, and solar thermal systems are encouraged to apply. This is an excellent opportunity to future-proof your career.

What you’ll be doing

You’ll play a key role delivering high-quality work across domestic and social housing projects, including:

  • Installing, servicing, and repairing domestic gas heating systems (boilers, cylinders, etc.)
  • Working with ASHPs, GSHPs and Solar Thermal (full training provided if needed)
  • Diagnosing faults and carrying out repairs
  • Installing and maintaining domestic ventilation systems
  • Delivering work independently to a high standard

Supporting clients mainly across the Central Belt, and from time to time you’ll also get the opportunity to support projects in other areas of Scotland. with occasional overnight stays

What we’re looking for

We’re after someone who’s reliable, motivated, and keen to grow with us:

  • Gas Safe registered Heating Engineer
  • Minimum 2 years’ experience in fault finding
  • City & Guilds Level 2 or Domestic Installer qualification (preferred)
  • Full, clean UK driving licence
  • A proactive attitude and willingness to learn
  • Right to work in the UK
