Salary up to £41600 for basic 40 hours depending on experience.
We are looking for a fully qualified Commercial Installation Engineer/Pipe Fitter Welder, with commercial gas qualifications. The ideal candidates to join our mobile team, will be experienced in both planned & reactive Installation work of commercial installation projects. Typical examples of required work, boiler rooms in care homes, factory space heating, installation of commercial ASHP’s.
Responsibilities:
- Ability to carry out commercial pipe work following a schematic
- Installation of commercial boilers, warm air heaters and ASHP’s.
- Working efficiently within a team and alongside sub-contractors
Requirements:
- Gas Safety
- COCN1, CCN1, CENWAT, CKR1, HTR1, CDGA1, CIGA1, CODNCO1, CPA1,TPCP1A
- Pipe fitting/ Welding
- A good general experience in working in care homes or public sector environment preferable.
- A good understanding of Health & Safety procedures.
- Full UK driving licence.
- Ability to communicate at all levels.
- Generally IT literate.
- Clear communicator both oral and written.
- A customer focused approach
