Gas Engineer/Plumber
Job details
Full job description
We are looking for an experienced and motivated Heating Engineer to join our friendly, family-run team.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone who takes pride in their work and wants to be part of a business that values its employees, delivers quality workmanship and encourages professional development.
The role offers a varied mix of work, including boiler installations and replacements, servicing, maintenance, heating system installations and general site work, with opportunities across both domestic and commercial projects.
Commercial gas qualifications would be advantageous but are not essential. We welcome applications from experienced domestic and commercial gas engineers and are happy to support the right candidate in developing additional skills and qualifications.
As the business continues to grow, there will also be opportunities to take on greater responsibility, with the potential to progress into overseeing jobs and site operations.
Why join us?
We believe in looking after our employees and creating a positive working environment where people enjoy their work and feel valued.
We prioritise quality over quantity, allowing our engineers sufficient time to complete work properly rather than rushing between jobs or working to unrealistic schedules. We take pride in doing things right and want our team to share that approach.
A 3-month probationary period will apply, following which a staff and salary review will be conducted.
