Experienced Air Conditioning Engineer – Full-Time Position

C Watson Heating & Cooling | Cambridge and surrounding areas

What You’ll Need

  • F-Gas qualification (essential).
  • NVQ Level 2 in Refrigeration and Air Conditioning (an advantage).
  • Full UK driving licence.
  • Proven experience in air conditioning installation, servicing, maintenance and repairs.
  • Strong technical knowledge of residential split and multi-split systems.
  • Experience with ducted air conditioning systems (an advantage).
  • A multi-skilled approach, with the ability to work across different areas of heating and cooling.

Key Responsibilities

  • Carry out air conditioning installations, servicing, maintenance and breakdown repairs.
  • Diagnose faults and carry out effective repairs.
  • Test and commission systems, ensuring they operate correctly and efficiently.
  • Read and interpret technical drawings, wiring diagrams and installation specifications.
  • Complete service reports and job documentation accurately.
  • Maintain high standards of workmanship, health and safety, and customer service.
  • Work independently and as part of a team.
  • Communicate professionally with customers and colleagues.
