Commercial Catering Engineer – Rational & Multi-Brand Equipment

M&M Catering Service Limited is looking for an experienced and reliable Commercial Catering Engineer to join our team.

We are seeking an engineer who is confident working independently across a wide range of commercial catering equipment, with particular experience in Rational equipment.

The successful engineer will be expected to carry out Rational warranty and non-warranty work, including diagnostics, breakdown repairs, servicing, commissioning and installations. The role will also involve repairing and maintaining all types of commercial catering equipment, including combination ovens, fryers, dishwashers, glasswashers, refrigeration equipment, cooking appliances and associated electrical, gas and water systems.

The engineer should have strong fault-finding and diagnostic skills and be capable of attending both planned maintenance and emergency breakdown calls while maintaining a professional standard with our customers.

Relevant commercial catering experience is essential. Commercial Gas Safe, electrical, refrigeration/F-Gas and manufacturer training, particularly Rational training, are highly desirable.
