Being partnered with Utility Warehouse (Telecom Plus PLC), we serve their one million plus customers with their chosen energy saving products, and have recently secured a new partnership with Uswitch and MoneySuperMarket, along with further launches with other leading comparison brands happening soon.
We have been successfully trading for 14 years, employing over 120 office staff and 1700 subcontracting engineers nationwide. We have built a bespoke CRM and various web applications to fuel our growth. Our digital infrastructure will enable us to become the UK's largest energy installer in the coming years.
Glow Green has excellent opportunities for subcontracting Gas Engineers to join our expanding network.
We can provide you with a minimum of 3 days each week in your area, all year around - with weekly pay (each Friday). This might be useful to fill the gaps, or a chance to grow your business.
We offer great rates of pay starting from £425 for combination swaps to £925 for conversions.
Gas Engineer responsibilities:
- Installation and replacement of boilers within our private paying, domestic customer's’ homes;
- Upgrades of existing central heating system radiators and cylinders.
- Attend optional services, breakdowns and reactive maintenance work;
- Ensure jobs are completed to specification and pass post quality inspection;
- Development opportunities for Heat Pump installations.
Gas Engineer experience and qualifications:
- CCN1, CENWAT, CKR1, CPA1, HTR1, WAT1;
- Apprentice trained City & Guilds Levels 1 and 2;
- Have a minimum of 2 years installation experience;
- Experience working with Worcester Bosch / Vaillant boilers.
- Experience with S&Y plan wiring;
- Qualifications such as oil (OFTEC) and/or LPG are highly desirable.
