The Role….

As a Domestic Plumbing & Heating Engineer you will be responsible for delivering an elite level of workmanship at all times. You will be installing, servicing, and maintaining a wide variety of air source heat pump systems whilst maintaining high standards, customer satisfaction, self-motivation, and health and safety.

Responsibilities and expectations...

• Install/replace domestic and commercial, air source heat pumps.
• Diagnose/first-time fix.
• Service air source heat pumps aiming to lengthen the life span of the system.
• Navigate through the Elite's back office system to a high and in-depth standard.
• Ensuring workmanship is of the highest quality and in line with customer regulations.
• Clear and proactive communication with your team manager and the client throughout projects.
• Respect the client's property, whilst working in a safe and calm manner.
• Obtaining high levels of self-motivation to complete workload in required time frames.
• Good attitude towards work.
• Wear the Elite brand with pride and enthusiasm.

Experience and requirements for the role...

• As an experienced and confident heat pump engineer, you will have the necessary qualifications, F-Gas, Unvented Hot & Cold Water System.
• Minimum of 3 years experience working within the domestic field, including 1st & 2nd fixing.
• Experience installing Air Source heat pumps, servicing, and repairs.
• Maintain high standards, aiming to achieve a first-time fix.
• Flexibility to complete company goals.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• The ability to work independently or as an efficient team
• Full and clean driving licence
• IT competent
• Be able to pass a DBS check
