Summary

We are seeking a skilled Plumbing & Heating Engineer to join our dedicated team at Otter South West Ltd. In this role, you will be responsible for the installation, maintenance, and servicing of various heating systems. Your expertise will contribute significantly to our commitment to delivering exceptional service and quality to our clients.

Responsibilities

  • Install and maintain central heating systems, including boilers and underfloor heating.
  • Conduct routine servicing and repairs on gas-fired appliances to ensure safety and efficiency.
  • Utilize power tools and hand tools effectively for various plumbing tasks.
  • Collaborate with other team members to complete projects on time and within budget.
  • Adhere to health and safety regulations while performing all duties.
  • Provide excellent customer service by addressing client inquiries and concerns.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in the industry on Gas Boiler/Renewables installs, Kitchen & Bathroom installs and general plumbing.
  • Gas is not essential but we do require a NVQ Level 2 plumbing qualification
  • Strong mechanical knowledge related to heating systems and gas appliances.
  • Ability to work with power tools and hand tools safely and effectively.
  • Basic math skills for measurements and calculations required in installations.
  • Experience of Renewables is desired but not essential as full training will be provided.
  • A minimum of 3 years experience is required.
  • Valid driving license is preferred.
