We're looking for a Grounds Maintenance Operative who will deliver excellent service standards, while meeting SLA agreements and maintaining outdoor spaces to the highest quality.

Hourly Rate of Pay : £13.45
Contract Type: Permanent
Type of Employment: Full Time
Total Weekly Contractual Hours: 40
Location: GSK, Dominion Way, Worthing, West Sussex, England BN14 8PB
Requirement: MUST NOT HAVE A PENICILLIN ALLERGY, Full UK Driving Licence, Previous GMO experience

Role Responsibilities:

  • Carry out grass and hedge cutting, border maintenance, leaf clearing, spraying, and litter picking
  • Operate hand tools and powered horticultural machinery safely and effectively
  • Deliver winter services including gritting and snow clearance
  • Report site hazards and relevant information to management
  • Follow health and safety procedures and undertake additional training as required


What we're looking for:

  • Passion for working outdoors in agile and flexible environments
  • Good understanding of smartphone technology
  • Grounds maintenance experience is desirable but not essential
  • PAI & PA6 spraying license is a plus
  • Full UK driving license preferred for roles involving company vehicles
