Grounds Maintenance Team Leader

Pay: £12- £14 per hour
Contract: Permanent
Location: Doncaster
DBS Check: Required (Enhanced for some roles)
Hours: Full-time (specific hours to be confirmed)

What you’ll be doing

  • Working as part of a 2-person team to maintain outdoor spaces for nationally recognised clients
  • Tasks include grass cutting, strimming, litter collection, leaf clearance, hedge and shrub pruning
  • Using tablets/iPads to log work and update systems
  • Operating hand tools and power tools safely and effectively

What we’re looking for

  • Previous experience leading a small team in commercial or residential grounds maintenance.
  • A positive attitude, strong work ethic, and enthusiasm
  • Full UK driving licence
  • Enjoy working outdoors in all weather conditions
  • PA1/PA6 certification and familiarity with iPads are a bonus
