Gardener – 6 months FTC
Why David Austin Roses
For over 60 years we have been growing roses on our family farm in Shropshire, lovingly nurturing them by hand until they are ready to be passed onto our customers, to be enjoyed in their own gardens.
As a family-owned and run business, we are hugely fortunate to work closely with the talented people who make up our extended family. From growing and fulfilment to customer services, we are always growing and are always looking for people to join us on our journey.
Our people are the cornerstone of David Austin Roses and without them, there would be no plants.
If you feel like you have the right talent to be part of our award winning team, then we would love to talk to you about how we can help you build your career.

· Engage with garden visitors, providing information and answering questions about the gardens and roses

· Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions
· Good communication and teamwork skills
· Excellent customer service skills for interacting with garden visitors and plant centre customers
· Preferably PA1/PA6
· To fully understand the importance of being able to work in an open garden productively, whilst also being able to offer advice to the garden visitors and plant centre customers
