Job Vacancy: Gardener/Grounds person

Trees n Gardens Limited are now recruiting for an experienced gardener/ grounds person to join our friendly, family led business.

We provide a wide range of professional Arboriculture and Horticulture services to private homes, rural estates, and commercial properties in Stratford on Avon and the surrounding areas.

This position would suit a keen, experienced gardener or groundsman/groundswoman looking to join a friendly, professional company that genuinely values and rewards your skills and supports your career development aspirations.

Your role will involve:

Mowing, strimming, hedge cutting, general gardening and grounds maintenance. You will be working as part of a small, happy team!

You will also work with the tree surgery teams, learning new skills and be supported through any training and qualifications that may be required to grow within this part of your new role.

We offer excellent rates of pay, a relaxed working environment and real potential for the right team player to grow with us.

Apart from a smile, a “can-do” attitude, and a love of the great outdoors, you will also need a valid, clean, driving license and be comfortable and competent driving company vehicles up to 3500 GVW with a trailer and machinery loaded.
