Job Title: Gardener (Freelance)
Location: Based near SG8 0DT
Working Hours: 4 (sometimes 5) days per week, typically 35–45+ hours
Start Time: Meet at 7:45 AM for 08:00 AM start
Salary: £13-14/hour.

He Found Gardening is a growing, independent gardening business providing high-quality garden maintenance services to clients in and around the SG8 area. We take pride in our work and are looking for a motivated and physically fit individual to join our hardworking team.

Role Summary

We are seeking a reliable and enthusiastic freelance gardener to support our busy schedule. The role is hands-on and physically demanding, requiring someone who is comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions.

Key Responsibilities

• Grass cutting and lawn care
• Edging and strimming
• Weeding and general garden tidying
• Pruning shrubs and hedges
• Leaf blowing and collection
• Assisting with other general gardening tasks as required

What We’re Looking For

• Punctuality: Must be able to reliably commute to SG8 0DT for 7:45 AM
• Physical fitness: The role involves manual labour and being on your feet all day
• Work ethic: Hardworking, proactive, and willing to learn
• Attitude: Positive and respectful, with a good sense of teamwork
• Experience: Previous gardening or outdoor work experience is a bonus but not essential

Ideal Candidate

We’re ideally looking for someone energetic who is looking to build experience in outdoor work or gardening. You don’t need to be an expert – just fit, dependable, and ready to work hard.
