Who we are

We are the Garden Vista Group and have been in business since 1987 and pride ourselves at delivering a high standard of workmanship providing Grounds and Garden Maintenance for our clients. Our working area is within a 30 mile radius of Haslemere/Petersfield area.

Job Summary

We are looking for a new member to join our Garden Maintenance Team.

This is an Employed or Self-Employed position and is Full Time.

Previous experience is required with good knowledge of plants and general Garden Maintenance to work alongside one of our valued team leaders or running your own assigned round delivering the day today duties of Grounds Maintenance for our private clients and commercial grounds. The activities are maintaining the garden and grounds for our customers to a high standard. The work required includes hedge trimming, lawn cutting, and maintenance bed and border including weeding, leaf blowing, pruning and general garden maintenance.

Responsibilities

- Perform regular maintenance of gardens and grounds including planting, pruning, weeding and mulching.

- Operate power tools and hand tools safely and effectively for various gardening tasks.

- Collaborate with team members to help ensure all gardening tasks are completed.

Requirements

- Full Driving License essential

- Proven experience with plants and a love of gardening is preferred.

- Familiarity with the use of power tools an hand tools related to gardening tasks.

- Knowledge of plant care, and pruning.

- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions

- Strong attention to detail and a passion for horticulture

- Good Physical fitness to perform manual labour tasks associated with gardening.

- Work within a team or running your own round completing assigned tasks in a timely manner.

Job Type – Fill time

Pay £27,000.00 - £34,000.00 per year
