2 Roles. Tree Climber and Team Leader to join a friendly, motivated company to work as part of a team.

- Good variation and interesting works to suit all levels of ability.

- Excellent opportunity for a hardworking, self motivated individual.

- Need to have:

  • Level 2 award in chainsaw maintenance (CS30).
  • Level 2 award in crosscutting timber using a chainsaw (CS30).
  • Level 2 award in felling and processing trees up to 380mm (CS31).
  • Level 2 award in accessing a tree using a rope and harness (CS38).
  • Level 3 award in aerial tree rescue operations (CS39).
  • Level 3 award in aerial cutting of trees using free fall techniques (CS39).

- Full driving licence required.

- Continual professional development provided, along with excellent facilities at our yard based in Esher, Surrey.

- Must be hardworking, polite, and ultra reliable.

- Must have a keen interest in all things ARB.

- Our work is mainly within Surrey, South London and surrounding Counties.

- We carry out a multitude of various works to include all tree work, hedge maintenance, shrub maintenance, clearance works and stump removal.

- All staff multi–task and carry out works best suited to their ability. Should you have any extra skills not listed, but feel you could bring something to the business, please do get in touch.

- Our typical clients are residential properties, commercial properties, Schools, Universities and construction sites.

- Machinery is modern and well maintained.

- PAYE Candidates.

- 28 days leave (inc Bank Holidays)

- Phone allowance.

- Performance bonus + optional Saturday overtime when available and required.

- All PPE equipment supplied after successful three month trial period.

- Salary from £30k - £40k depending on role required.
