Overview:

All Seasons Garden Maintenance are a professional garden maintenance company providing year-round garden care for residential and commercial gardens of all sizes and maturity. We have over 10 years gardening experience and are based in Epsom, Surrey.

Our coverage area includes Epsom, Ewell, Ashtead, Cheam, Leatherhead, Dorking, Guildford, Tadworth, Headley, Kingswood and all surrounding areas.

We take pride in our high quality garden care and excellent customer service and have built our business based on our client recommendations.

The Company has grown in recent years and we have an opportunity for an Assistant Gardener to join our friendly team. If you have some experience or are just keen on gardening and are looking to progress in your career as a Gardener, this may be the opportunity for you. The main duties for this role is to carry out both residential and commercial garden maintenance which will include these key tasks:

Key Tasks:

  • Grass cutting and mowing to both small and larger lawns.
  • Maintenance of flower beds and shrubberies.
  • Hedge cutting.
  • Grounds maintenance.
  • Weed control.
  • Soil preparation and planting.
  • Leaf clearance.
  • Other adhoc tasks required for the upkeep and maintenance of gardens.

Qualifications, Experience and Skills

  • Existing garden maintenance experience would be a distinct advantage.
  • An appreciation of and a desire to deliver good customer care.
  • Full clean UK driving licence would be advantageous.

The hours of work are 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From £25,500.00 per year
