Passionate about plants! We specialise in garden maintenance, design and implementation.

Gardening Labourer (Part-Time – Oxford)
£13–£17.50/hour (depending on experience)

Looking for a reliable labour-only subcontractor to assist with garden maintenance work.

  • 1–5 days per week
  • Flexible hours
  • Work includes mowing, hedge cutting, general upkeep
  • Must be able to travel around Oxford (bike or car)

Hourly pay, flexible working schedule and a relaxed and fun working environment. Pay would be appropriate to experience and ability but always above minimum wage.

Responsibilities:
- Perform landscape maintenance tasks such as mowing, trimming, and edging lawns
- Plant and maintain flowers, shrubs, and trees
- Apply organic fertilisers to ensure the health of plants
- Operate power tools and hand tools to complete gardening tasks
- Assist with irrigation system installation and maintenance
- Clean and maintain garden equipment and tools
- Remove weeds and debris from gardens and walkways
- Provide general groundskeeping duties as needed

Requirements:
- Previous experience in landscaping or groundskeeping preferred
- Knowledge of different plants, flowers, and trees
- Ability to operate power tools and hand tools safely
- Physical stamina to perform manual labor in various weather conditions
- Attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
- Strong work ethic and ability to work independently or as part of a team
