Full job description

Urban Vista Landscape Solutions is a well-established and growing landscaping company based in Hampshire. With strong roots in commercial landscaping, we work across four counties and are proud to partner with leading national house builders such as Persimmon Homes, Taylor Wimpey and Barratt Homes.

Our reputation is built on high-quality workmanship, reliability, and pride in what we deliver. Due to continued growth, we are now looking for a motivated Landscaper to join our friendly and expanding team.

A full UK driving licence is essential for this role.

About the Role

You’ll be involved in a wide range of landscaping tasks across commercial and domestic projects, including:

  • Grass cutting, strimming and hedge cutting
  • Installing high-quality soft landscaping including: turfing, planting, mulching etc.
  • Working as part of a team to deliver projects to a high standard

What We’re Looking For

Essential:

  • Full UK driving license
  • Reliable and punctual
  • Team player with a positive attitude
  • Good communication skills

Desirable (but not essential):

  • CSCS Card
  • Previous landscaping or horticultural experience

Responsibilities

  • Carry out landscaping works to a high professional standard
  • Support and coordinate daily landscaping activities on site
  • Communicate effectively with team members and clients
  • Take pride in maintaining quality, safety, and presentation
