Tree Surgeon / Grounds Maintenance Operative

Permanent positions

48 hours per week. Monday to Friday 7:30 – 16:00, Weekends on a Rota System.
Salaries dependent on experience and licences

Civilarb Contractors Ltd are looking to recruit an experienced Tree Surgeon and a Grounds Maintenance operative. Both positions are available for an immediate start. The Tree Surgeon and Grounds maintenance operative will be located at sites around London, Essex, Surrey and Kent.

We are looking for team players with a can-do attitude that can take responsibility for completing and managing their own workload.

Tree Surgeon duties will include but not limited to:

• Tree Surgery
• Chipping and processing brash and timber
• Providing aerial rescue
• Stump grinding operations

Preferable but not Essential for the right candidate.

• Fully qualified Aerial Rescue
• Chipper experience
• Chainsaw Licence
• NPTC CS30/31
• CS 38/ 39. CS41 would be beneficial
• Full driving licence
• Experience using a stump grinder

Ground Maintenance Operative

Duties will include but not limited to:

• Vegetation clearance
• Shrub beds
• Grass cutting, stimming and Mowing
• Hedge Cutting by hand
• General pruning and maintenance of trees as directed
• Weed control

Desirable for both positions;

• Tow chippers / trailers licence​

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: £28,000.00-£45,000.00 per year
