responsible for preparing properties by removing waste, furniture, and personal items, cleaning and maintaining the property's internal and external spaces, both private and commercial. The role also includes other duties as per business requirements.

Areas of work can be across the UK, working and staying away. However, most work may be in the south.

• Void property clearance: Removing all furniture, white goods, carpets, and general waste from properties of all sizes.
• Cleaning and maintenance: Cleaning empty properties, external spaces, and lofts to a high standard both private and commercial
• Minor repairs: Treating mould, tackling low-level damp, and applying treatments to damaged decoration.
• External works: Maintaining gardens and outdoor areas, including hedge trimming, cutting grass, and removing rubble.
• Security: Changing locks and fitting key safes to secure the property.
• Documentation: Maintaining records of waste disposal and other relevant job-related documentation.
• Health & Safety: Ensuring all work is carried out to health and safety requirements.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Physical fitness: The role requires physical dexterity and the ability to work quickly and accurately.
• Attention to detail: A high standard of cleanliness and tidiness is essential.
• Driving licence: Many roles require a full UK driving licence and a clean driving record.
