Grounds Maintenance Operative + Grounds Maintenance Team Leader
Location: Templepatrick, Northern Ireland
Salary: From £11,44 per hour (Operative) up to £12.39 per hour (Team Leader)
Contract type: Permanent
Working hours: Full time
About the role
Supervising your team, you will be responsible for a range of activities from grass cutting, strimming, hedge pruning and flower bed maintenance for clients across the Northern Ireland Housing Executive. This is a unique opportunity to enhance your current career, be trained to a high standard and challenge yourself in an encouraging and friendly environment!
Requirements
- Prior experience in Grounds Maintenance. Team Leader Role: Previous experience as a Grounds Maintenance Team Leader
- Can-do attitude and safety-conscious mindset
- Physically fit and able to work outdoors in all weather conditions
- Willingness to learn and work well in a team
- A full valid UK driving licence. B+E,
- PA1 and PA6 licences are an advantage but not essential
