We are looking for a reliable and experienced Landscaper with pressure washing experience and a broad range of multi-skilled abilities. This is a mobile role working across multiple sites in Llanelli and the surrounding areas, carrying out a variety of reactive maintenance tasks. The position offers plenty of variety and responsibility, with opportunities to develop and grow within a supportive team.

Responsibilities

• Grounds maintenance (grass cutting, hedge trimming, general upkeep)
• Carry out pressure washing duties across a variety of sites, ensuring work is completed safely and to a high standard
• Complete tasks efficiently and on time
• Use and maintain equipment safely
• Follow health & safety procedures and report hazards
• Represent the company professionally on site
• Support basic maintenance tasks and general site upkeep
• Work with team members and follow instructions carefully
• Ensuring high standards of cleanliness, safety, and customer satisfaction by keeping all work areas clean, tidy, and safe at all time
• Low-risk tasks
• To carry out any other reasonable duties as requested by management, in line with the needs of the business
• Travel between sites as required

What We’re Looking For

• Experience in grounds maintenance or landscaping with pressure washing experience
• Full manual UK driving licence (essential)
• Ability to work independently without supervision
• Willingness to work outdoors in all weather conditions
• Flexibility to travel and work away when required

Pay: £27,000.00-£29,000.00 per year
